FRIPP WAREHOUSING offers full service amenities in a 90,000 square foot facility, including easy self loading and unloading with 10 loading bays equipped with hydraulic dock levelers.

Client access to our entire secured facility is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing you to arrange transportation of your goods at the time that best suits your business.

•	Dry Storage - Ceiling heights of 17 feet to 25 feet
•	Cooler - Full size cooler and 4 individual coolers from 500 to 8000 sq. ft.
•	Freezer - up to 9000 sq ft.
•	Secure Outside Compound - patrolled 2 acre site.
•	Office Space - Leasing available in either in a professional complex or within the warehouse setting.
